A Village Without Young People

A Village Without Young People It sent chills down my spine to realize that young people had disappeared from this village long before now. It’s only my imagination, but the reality of young people disappearing in peaceful times feels more ruthless than in times of war.

Our rural village has also lost the laughter of children. The elementary school has closed, young people’s footsteps have ceased, and thus the vitality of youth has been lost. When I think about the population cliff and its precarious future, it really sends chills down my spine. Before it’s too late, special measures are needed.
