Exploring Oneself
People often don’t know who they really are. It’s like living with amnesia, not knowing one’s identity. Knowing oneself is the starting point for everything. However, people tend to focus on external matters rather than self-exploration. As a result, while they may appear vibrant on the outside, internally they are desolate and ignorant.
While you may think you know yourself the best, the truth is, you’re often the one who knows yourself the least. Reading books, listening to music, and traveling are all ways to explore oneself. Delving deep into your inner world and enriching it—that is what meditation is about.
