You are standing up on your own. We will lift you up. We are proud of you for enduring all this. You’ll be okay. Be grateful for being alive. When we saw the wreckage of a car accident on the road, we slowed down and looked. It could have been us. We sighed with relief when the speeding ambulance and fire truck didn’t turn towards us standing on the side of the road.

Accidents happen in an instant. In a split second, life and death are decided. Those who survive the dramatic moment of an accident breathe a sigh of relief. It could have been me who had the accident. It could have been me who lost my life helplessly. I am just grateful to be alive. I am even more grateful to be able to help others.
