Inspiration Beyond the Senses Our five senses

Inspiration Beyond the Senses Our five senses—sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch—act as conduits to perceive the external world. We go to great lengths to satisfy these senses, but even if fulfilled, it’s only for a fleeting moment before we need to satisfy them again, like a bottomless pit.

We perceive feelings through our five senses. If these sensory organs are impaired, our quality of life drops significantly. Our senses are the frontline communication devices that connect us with the world. Managing them well enhances our quality of life. However, no matter how well our senses function, if we don’t fill our inner self, we become like a bottomless pit. We must cultivate inspiration beyond the senses.
