Learning Never Grows Old

Grandma Dorothy continues speaking. “My passion for learning never grows old. I still love taking classes and learning new things. In fact, the older I get, the more I want to learn and experience new things. Right now, I’m not only learning ballroom dancing but also studying Chinese to volunteer with children of Chinese immigrants.”

If someone asked me the secret to staying young, I would confidently say, ‘Have an unending passion for learning.’ Maintain an ‘insatiable curiosity about the world’ and ‘a deep love for nature.’ When you settle for comfort and lose the sparkle in your eyes, that’s when aging truly begins. Learning keeps us from growing old.
