Our bodies are communities of 60 trillion cells

Our bodies are communities of 60 trillion cells. Each cell continuously goes through cycles of creation and destruction. This process has never ceased for even a moment. Thus, our bodies have never been the same at any given moment. We simply perceive them as being the same.

Every single cell is like a universe. Within a tiny space invisible to the naked eye, an immense world unfolds. When we look inside a cell, we find countless molecules, and within those molecules are numerous atoms, and within those atoms are countless particles. Just as there is a universe within a speck of dust, and “eternity” within a “moment,” the universe is within us, and we are within the universe. We and the universe are a single community.
