Gratitude Training
The moment when gratitude exerts its most powerful force is when we use our whole body, consciousness, emotions, and perception to transcend the thought process and expand our awareness. At this moment, we experience gratitude and the sensation of being alive, reaching a comprehensive and vague sense. With practice, you can experience it too.
Gratitude also requires training. When we use all our consciousness, emotions, and perception to feel gratitude for even the smallest things, we experience a transcendent experience beyond imagination. It is a marvelous experience to deeply feel grateful even for things that seem impossible to appreciate. Today, simply being alive is the greatest reason for gratitude.
