During a 5-day, 4-night hike in Seoraksan in the fall, after a long day of climbing steep hills, when the sun sets and you have dinner, looking up at the sky filled with stars, falling into a sweet sleep next to a close friend, you no longer have random thoughts. The healthy fatigue of the body and the wholesome fatigue of the mind become clear.

Hiking, exercise, travel… These activities bring “healthy fatigue.” Healthy fatigue is to gain health. It washes away the residue stuck to the cells, making the body healthy, and the life healthy. This is why we willingly pay and endure hardship. It is the most meaningful and valuable investment.
