As time passes

As time passes, our bodies naturally age. New wrinkles appear and stiffness sets in. However, regular exercise can gradually slow down the aging process. I’ve noticed that once I hit my 40s, my flexibility and resilience significantly declined. It may be disheartening, but from that point on, you need to put in extra effort to stay active. No matter how lazy you were before.

Our minds need exercise too.

Exercise follows certain principles: repetition, perseverance, and “progressive overload.” Repeat daily, gradually increasing intensity. That’s how to build muscle. Each workout may feel excruciating, but enduring it brings unmatched satisfaction. The same goes for the mind. Repeated hardships make your mental muscles stronger if you endure them with determination.
