I’m currently 76 years old. I can’t predict when or why my physical strength may decline. I strive to keep my weight consistent every morning, consume a variety of foods, go to bed early, and get up late. These small efforts are made without missing a single day.
No one can escape aging. However, with good self-management, you can age much more gracefully. Everyone needs their own health secrets. It might be intermittent fasting, walking 4 km daily, climbing apartment stairs, or taking cold showers. The key is to find the right method and repeat it daily.
