“An author must keep a boy’s heart, even at the age of eighty,” Goethe once said. I, too, want to remain a boy until the day I die. I find the most beautiful human traits in those who take pride in their work and always give their best effort.

Writers do not age.
Actually, they shouldn’t age. There are two ways to achieve this: One is to maintain a ‘boy’s heart,’ and the other is to always put your best effort into whatever you do. As you age, your body may grow old, but if your work brings you joy and your heart stays young, you will never grow older.
