To defy the passage of time
Keeping my body healthy and actively engaging it allows my body to communicate with me. Understanding the world’s structure and immersing myself with genuine intent helps maintain my health during that time. I need to instill habits of simple, continuous, repetitive exercises in my body, ensuring it remains resilient and flexible against the clutches of time.
Although we cannot reduce the years we’ve lived, we can reverse the age of our bodies through effort. By not neglecting our bodies and keeping them healthily engaged, we can remain energetic against the flow of time. A happy fish is a lively fish.
