Now, Here, Momentary Life
In a different perspective, the idea of eternal recurrence suggests that life, once gone, never returns, making it as fleeting as a shadow. Therefore, living has no weight, and from the start, we’re as good as dead. No matter how cruel, beautiful, or radiant life may be, even that cruelty, beauty, and radiance are meaningless.
Perhaps. From the viewpoint of eternity, our lives may be momentary and light.** We stay as ‘me’ for a while and then disappear, making it seem meaningless. However, because of that, each moment is incredibly precious. We must cherish and love our lives fully in the present before these fleeting moments vanish into eternity.
