Take It Easy

When you don’t feel like doing anything, it’s okay to do nothing.
As long as it’s not excessive, that time becomes a true rest.
Moments of ease allow desires and tasks to emerge naturally.
In this way, no time is meaningless.
Even doing nothing is still doing something.
There are no crucial tasks that require self-exploitation in daily life.

To “struggle” means to put forth all one’s effort to accomplish something.
Modern people often experience burnout.
We think we must always be doing something.
But just as there is time to work, there must also be time for rest, or even doing nothing.
It’s essential to relax and fully let go.
