Read with Your Whole Being
You must act on what you know. When you live out what you’ve realized, only then can you truly say you’ve understood those words. Perhaps that’s the true meaning of reading with your whole being. In that sense, reading a book, recording its sentences, and repeatedly engraving them by hand is the first step.
People read books. We don’t just read to gain information or knowledge, but to live a better life. When you discover a phrase in a book, read it with your eyes, write it down with your hand, and live it out in your life, it fully becomes yours. This is reading with your whole being. This kind of reading moves our lives forward and makes them wise and rich.
