Self-Esteem and Self-Image

Self-Esteem and Self-Image

Self-esteem and self-image don’t emerge from a vacuum. They are the results of nurturing, education, and cultural formation over a long period. These elements play a crucial role in many other aspects, too, including forming the justification for our existence.

Self-esteem, self-image, and the justification for one’s existence are interconnected. It’s best to help individuals find these from a young age. Of course, they don’t emerge naturally. They must be nurtured and educated. The core of education and nurturing is helping them find their roots. These roots are embedded in the images and DNA of their parents and grandparents.
