The way to endure pain:
“The pain you and I feel will never completely disappear. But during the times we immerse ourselves in work, we might find it bearable. When the body is tired, the heart doesn’t have room to dwell on its sorrow.”
Life inherently comes with pain. Yet, there is a way to endure it. Physical pain can be eased by the mind, and mental pain by the body. There are also ways to soothe both body and mind at the same time. One approach is to dive into work so deeply that exhaustion leaves no room to feel pain.
