The More You Run, the Stronger You Get
The more I run 10 kilometers,
the stronger my endurance becomes.
As my stamina improves, running feels easier,
and the sights along the way no longer feel
as fresh and exciting as they once did.
And as my endurance increases,
my speed naturally picks up.
Running 10 kilometers.
At first, it’s tough.
It takes determination.
Keeping it up is even harder.
Each time, it requires renewed commitment.
But eventually, it becomes second nature.
Momentum builds, and incredible changes happen—
the body feels lighter, the energy surges.
On days I don’t run, I feel heavier.
And so, I run again.
