Some told me that I should build a system first,
and only then start moving.
But no single doctor can create a system alone.
It’s an illusion to think that endless meetings
among so‑called experts could somehow
produce a working system out of nothing.
Systems exist to serve people—
not the other way around.
A doctor’s first duty is to save lives.
