What Should I Do?

There are three main situations that cause people stress.

  • First, when you can’t do what you truly want.
  • Second, when you’re forced to keep doing something you don’t want. This kind of stress is even heavier than the first.
  • Finally, when you grow older but still don’t know what you really want. That uncertainty often brings a deep sense of emptiness and even depression.
    A person finds peace only when they pursue and achieve what they genuinely desire. That’s why we must keep asking ourselves: What do I truly want? What is the calling of my life? And so, even today, I ask myself again: What should I do?
