Understanding Pain
Pain is our body’s way of telling us something is wrong. When our cells are exposed to extreme temperatures—too hot or too cold—they can become damaged or die. That damage triggers pain. For example, when your head overheats, it can lead to headaches. When your body gets too cold, you might feel stiffness or soreness.
That’s why it’s important to keep your head cool and your hands and feet warm. Movement helps circulate warmth throughout the body, while breathing exercises—like meditation—can calm the mind and regulate internal energy. Together, they support healing and help reduce pain naturally.
