Change Demands Sweat
What does it mean to change?
To me, change is the process of enduring discomfort and building new habits
in order to reach something you deeply desire.
Three things are essential:
A clear goal, the willingness to endure hardship, and the discipline to form new habits.
If even one is missing, real change won’t happen.
Change also has a rhythm.
You need to set a goal with urgency and clarity.
Then comes the hard work—consistent effort and patience.
And finally, the new habits you earn must become part of who you are.
Change doesn’t come easy. It asks for sweat.
