Expressing Emotions

The way we express our emotions and the manners we use truly matter.
Getting angry doesn’t mean we should storm off, shake with rage, argue endlessly, or sulk for days.
It means finding a calmer, more thoughtful way to let those feelings out.

Many of us, myself included, struggle with expressing emotions.
Too often we bottle them up inside, which can harm our health or lead to bigger problems when we lose control.
Negative emotions shouldn’t be stored away. They need to be expressed right away, but in a healthier, more constructive way.
