Letting Go of Fleeting Distractions

Through mindfulness,
we learn to observe how sensations constantly arise and fade.
When we recognize that these feelings are often just brief, meaningless ripples,
we stop chasing them.
Why run after something that disappears the moment it appears?

In life, we often get shaken by things that don’t really matter.
We waste time on distractions,
drifting aimlessly in emotions that come and go.
But we don’t have to be pulled around or follow every impulse.
That’s why grounding ourselves through meditation
is so important.
