Helping Yourself and Others

Helping Yourself and Others

Support yourself.
Love others.
Care for yourself.
Be there for others.

In Buddhist thought, there’s a concept called Jariita, which means that what helps you can also help others.
It’s the idea that true kindness and genuine love begin with self-care, and naturally extend outward.
When we nurture ourselves, we’re better equipped to lift others up.
That’s the heart of real compassion.
