How to Release What We Hold Inside
The past has no power to keep you from living in the present.
Only the resentment you carry from it can do that.
So what is resentment?
It’s the weight of old thoughts and emotions that haven’t been let go.
When that weight builds up, it hardens.
And if it keeps building, it heats up.
That heat doesn’t flow downward—it rushes to the head,
erupting as deep sorrow, bitterness, and anger.
Before it explodes, we need to wash it away—with love, with gratitude,
with dancing, with hugs.
That’s how healing begins.
