Spreading Blessings

Take a deep breath,
and imagine every blessing in the air
flowing into your body, reaching each cell.
As you slowly exhale, release joy and peace
into the space around you.
Repeat this ten times.
With each breath, you heal yourself
and contribute to healing the world.

Blessings are like seeds.
Joy and peace can be seeds too.
What you plant is what you harvest,
and the more you share, the more you receive.
The giver’s happiness grows with each act of kindness.
The more often you sow,
the stronger the power of healing becomes.
