Step Back and Observe
When a thought arises, don’t rush to agree or resist with another thought. And when you find yourself tangled in a web of useless, negative thinking, take a step back and simply observe. Even the stickiest thoughts will eventually loosen and fall away. When ideas clash or diverge, that’s often when tension begins. In those moments, it’s wise to pause and reconsider. Not by reacting, but by understanding the other perspective as it is. Each time you feel caught in mental conflict, just one step back can prevent collision.
