A Forest Path with Fresh Air

A Forest Path with Fresh Air

If I had to choose just one form of exercise, it would be walking slowly in the sunlight. The best time is between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., and whether it’s for 30 minutes, an hour, or even two, the key is to walk gently, without pushing yourself, soaking in the sun as much as possible. And if that walk takes place on a forest path filled with fresh air, all the better. Walking, when you think about it, is a kind of universal remedy. Especially when done in a forest with clean air, it becomes both exercise and healing. That’s why so many people head to the woods or the mountains. Make time to walk. Just that alone can improve your health.
