Step Out of Old Ways
Letting go and moving on doesn’t mean suddenly leaving the place you live. It means shaking off outdated thoughts and habits that no longer serve you. If you stay stuck and simply follow the flow of the world, you lose your own color, your own life. Letting go is like washing the dishes—you need to clean off the residue before you can serve something fresh again. Just as we wash dishes after every meal, we must regularly clear away old thoughts and habits to begin anew. That’s how we rediscover the life we missed and reclaim the colors that are truly ours.
