Healing Memories
What does healing truly mean? To heal memories is to free ourselves from destructive emotions—anger, frustration, resentment, guilt, despair, and the negative beliefs that weigh us down. Memories are fragments of the past, mere traces, yet they can resurface and shake even the strongest person to the core. There are two ways to heal: to let go completely or to find meaning within them. That is the essence of meditation, the practice of healing memories.
