Attitude Towards Mistakes I repeat, everyone makes mistakes. What matters is how you deal with them. If you show a willingness to correct your mistake yourself and demonstrate your commitment to never repeat the same mistake, the other party will find it much easier to forgive you.
- From James Reed’s ‘The Quest Game’ –
Recognizing that you made a mistake quickly is also a skill. The first thing you should do when you realize it is to ‘acknowledge’ it. Acknowledging it allows you to see the next step. It’s good to reflect on what the root cause of the mistake was, whether it may have harmed others, and whether you need to apologize or seek forgiveness. Everyone makes mistakes.
