My body is something I create.

My body is something I create.

A true teacher is not someone who does the work for the student. A “savior” is not someone who saves me or the world. Instead, they are the person who shows the way to save yourself and leads by example. Believing that someone can save me is like thinking that if I just follow the gym coach’s routines, my muscles will automatically grow.

When we look at a gym coach, we are often amazed by their physique. We admire their well-toned body and wish we could have the same. But their body wasn’t built overnight. It took countless hours of effort, sweat, and perseverance to get there. However, their body is not my body. My body is something I create.

Similarly, my knowledge and wisdom are something I must cultivate myself. A true teacher or coach is not there to do the work for me, but to act as a mirror, reflecting what I can become with the right effort.
