The more a person uses their mind, the more they need to move their body to maintain balance. When you practice consciously relaxing your body, your mind and body will find equilibrium. Even in the middle of a busy day, taking a moment to check in on your body can be incredibly helpful. Are your shoulders tense? Is your body hunched over? Take a deep breath and consciously relax your body each time you check in, and you’ll find less physical fatigue. This will make it easier to find peace of mind.
