The Presence of a Teacher

Words, writing, and actions are the ways in which a person lives.
However, the very existence of a person is more essential than their outward behavior.
In a teacher-student relationship, the most important source of teaching lies in the teacher’s presence.
Thus, the greatest teacher is one whose very existence is the message.
It is not the time of learning or the space of teaching, but the teacher’s presence that fosters the student’s growth.

A person’s true nature is fully revealed through their words, writings, and the actions they take based on their will.
Yet, there are those whose very existence gives great resonance and meaning. These are the true teachers.
A teacher is everything to their students just through their presence.
Even without being physically present, a teacher’s mere existence can foster growth and enlightenment in students, beyond words, writing, or teaching.
This is an era where such teachers are more needed than ever.
